  • Quad biking is self-driven and entirely at your own risk; activity provider’s insurance does not apply.
  • Riders and passengers are solely responsible for any accidents or damages during quad biking.
  • International travel insurance is recommended for self-driving activities due to potential risks.
  • Avoid eating 2–3 hours before the safari to minimize motion sickness during dune bashing.
  • Pickup times may vary due to summer heat; advance notice will be given.
  • During Ramadan, only the fire show will be available.
  • Stargazing and fire show are offered only in evening slots.
  • Wear long clothes and jackets during the winter season for comfort.
  • Guests with back problems, disabilities, or over 60 years old are advised not to ride camels.
  • Maximum weight limit for horse riding activity is 200 lbs (90 kg).
  • Child Policy for Quad Bike Ride
  • Children aged 5–10 have a designated riding area, though participation is not recommended.
  • Children aged 11–13 may ride as passengers in a special area, but it is not advised.
  • Only children aged 14 and above can join the quad bike tour in the open desert.
